Apply for an Apartment

We offer several convenient ways to apply for an apartment at Rock Creek Apartments, Arbuckle View Apartments, or Sandy Creek Apartments.

Choose one of the following ways to submit your rental application.

Apply Online (Fastest Option)

The fastest way to apply is by completing our online rental application form. Once submitted, your application will be sent directly to our office for review.

If you prefer to complete the application on your computer or phone, you can download the application form and email it to us.

  1. Click Download Application below.
  2. Open the PDF and fill out the form on your device.
  3. Save the completed file.
  4. Email the application to application@rockcreekapartment.com.

You may also attach photos of the completed form if your device does not support PDF editing.

Print and Submit a Paper Application

You may also print the application and complete it by hand.

  1. Download and print the application form.
  2. Fill out the form completely.
  3. Take clear photos of each page or scan the completed application.
  4. Send the photos or scans by email to application@rockcreekapartment.com or text to 580-618-4729.

Note: Applications are located in a box mounted on the wall.

Rules

  1. No loud noises after 10pm in apartment or courtyard.
  2. No smoking of anything inside apartments by tenant or guests.
  3. No visitors for more than 7 days unless they are approved and added to lease.
  4. No vehicles that are not running or being used may be parked in parking spaces. Only vehicles of tenants may be parked in parking spaces.
  5. Do not litter the courtyard or parking lot. Please dispose of trash in trash bin and cigarette butts in receptacles.
  6. No drinking in courtyard or parking lot.
  7. Absolutely NO DRUGS in apartments, courtyard, and parking lots.
  8. Profanity or vulgar language is NOT permitted in courtyard.

There will be a warning given for the 1st offense. The 2nd warning may cause eviction notice to be served. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing. You may call us to advise us of the problem, but it must be in writing for documenting purposes.
