Online Application Instructions

  1. Download the file by clicking the button and save it on your device.
  2. Open the file and fill out the application form on your device.
    • If using a mobile device, open the file with an app that supports filling in PDF forms like Google Drive, Adobe Fill and Sign, or other apps. Here is a list of apps for Android and iOS.
    • If using a computer, open the file with a PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat or other program that supports form fields.
  3. Take screenshots of the application  form on your device, or print the form off and take a picture of each page.
  4. Send the screenshots or pictures of the application form pages by text to 580-618-4729.

Paper Application Instructions

  1. Pick up an application at one of the locations below:
    • Rock Creek Apartments at 1201 W 2nd St. Sulphur, OK 73086
    • Arbuckle View Apartments at 500 S 6th St. Davis, OK 73030
    • Note: The applications are in a box on the wall under the stairs.
  2. Fill out the application form and then take a picture of each page.
  3. Send the pictures by text to 580-618-4729.

Rules

  1. No loud noises after 10pm in apartment or courtyard.
  2. No smoking of anything inside apartments by tenant or guests.
  3. No visitors for more than 7 days unless they are approved and added to lease.
  4. No vehicles that are not running or being used may be parked in parking spaces. Only vehicles of tenants may be parked in parking spaces.
  5. Do not litter the courtyard or parking lot. Please dispose of trash in trash bin and cigarette butts in receptacles.
  6. No drinking in courtyard or parking lot.
  7. Absolutely NO DRUGS in apartments, courtyard, and parking lots.
  8. Profanity or vulgar language is NOT permitted in courtyard.

There will be a warning given for the 1st offense. The 2nd warning may cause eviction notice to be served. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.

If you have a complaint, please put it in writing. You may call us to advise us of the problem, but it must be in writing for documenting purposes.
